Default Hornady Pa. conical

Has anyone tried these? If so were they accurate? They appear alot like Ball-ets wt. 240gr.50 cal.I ordered a box of 50 yesterday and a lead laddle. HaveREAL bullet mould and lead waiting on it.

these were made for some of the slow twist rifles such as 1-60 although I shot some of them out of a 1-48 twist and they did very good. What kind of rifle are you planning on trying them in?

I'll be using them in my 1-48" Deerhunter this afternoon - plusafterwards breaking-in my grandson's new Youth Stalker Carbine. Plan on blowing smoke with some Ballets too.

I have a Renegade 50 and a Greyhawk 50, both with 1 in 48 twist.

they should work. Only some range time will tell you the story. Start them with 70 grains and work them up from there. They should tune in quick if they are going to.
