Default White Rifles customer service comes through!!!!

I recently got one of the m97 ultra mag rifles which comes with all three types of ignition breech plugs but with a 209 hammer. Some said I would have trouble if I used #11 or musket caps with the hammer that came with it. The front sight would also slide out just by barely pushing on it which I have heard others talking about. Well I called White up and explained the situation with the sight and hammer. They said I would need the hammer for #11/musket caps so they wouldnt blow to pieces. They also said they have had complaints about the sights and they said it was the vendor that made the loose sights. Well anyhow they sent me a hole new sight assembly (base and blade )and included the hammer I needed all for free. Got them in today. Now that is service and it saved me some money. If you need the other hammer I would contact them and ask them how are you supposed to use the other breech plugs without the other hammer and they will probably send you one. Its good to see companies backing their products.

Redclub you got to know how to sweet talk them. I dont think I could have got two of them for free. I dont see why they dont furnish or give everyone at least one of the hammers for free since they provide all 3 ignition type breech plugs. They should have made the 209 hammer compatible with the #11, musket and 209 to start with. Some states dont allow 209 if im correct, so how were the people that bought these rifles who live in those states suppose to use it without hving the correct hammer. Just another way to make money I guess.
