Actually I like the FFFg powder for the .50 calibers expecially when shooting AAP. Although when I had bought out a store going out of business of Clean Shot (which was APP before the name change) it was all in the FFg class, and I have to tellyou, I got some excellent accuracy with that powder. Especially when shooting roundball out of the traditional rifles...

Well if you want to shoot lead bullets with out a sabot I would say FFF also small caliber, 45 and under; But if you want to shoot sabots especally at high velicity I would use FF. It also works best for me with PB's. Lee

I like the fffg but use the ffg too. I still have some of the original clean shot too. It works great in ffg form.

The FFF is the only one I would consider purchasing. One look at the grains will tell you why. Trying to pour either one (FF or FFF) out of store-type flasks is a real PITA.
