Default Flint knapping article

Based on our discussion about flint knapping, I thought some here might find the following link of some use.

Now if I had any machining skills/tools, I would try to make what the writer suggests.

good info.i bought one of those cooker that runs on propane tanks.you can put a 16 pd turkey in it and add peanut oil. i tried that without the pan to see if i could heat a frizzen.it worked good.those cookers get to 400 degrees.i used clothes hanger to hold frizzen above flame.nice thing about cooker is you can adjust flame bluer which makes it real hot and you cant do that on propane torch, i think.that cooker burned grass under it too. its hot. ha
