RE: Wich has more punch?
Having used most ofthose brands of powders, I always felt Swiss was the most powerful. It is supposed to be 15% stronger then Goex and the 3f is even more so. I always load the rifle way back when shooting Swiss. I'd be much more concerned about which powder gives me the best accuracy with the projectile of my choice.
