Removing the plastic 209 jacket...
Shot my Revolution for the first time yesterday and...
had a hard time removing the plastic 209 jacket after the shot. Actually had to pull the trigger assembly out to remove the darn thing. Is there an easier way to remove the spent plastic jacket? Tool?
Appreciate any guidance...

RE: Removing the plastic 209 jacket...
I think I'm just going to have to make up some type of wire hook to pull the darn thing out. Area seems to get gummed up enough that it doesn't want to let the jacket just fall out.
Any other Revolution shooters have this problem or am I doing something wrong here? Using Triple Seven powder - 100 grains and the Winchester 209 primer. Should I be seeing this much junk in the primer/209 jacket area?
Any advise would be appreciated....

I'd contact Knight as they have developed a breechplug for the Revolution that reduces blowback. You probably don't have it and that's why your gettting so much gunk. I know a few guys that have had their old style plugs exchanged.

Thanks, I'll give Knight a call and see what they have to say about this situation.
Regarding pulling a bolt back to the rear... the Revolution doesn't have a bolt. You drop the trigger mechanism and the red 209 plastic jacket is slipped into a slot through an opening/window in the receiver. Sort of where a hammer would be on a single shot shotgun. Maybe I'm missing something here or don't understand your comments,AJ52?

No problems, AJ52. I'm new to ML and have been absorbing everything I can from this site in order to apply it at the range or in the woods. Just wanted to make sure we were on the same sheet of music. Didn't know if I was missing something about my ML or not.
