Trying to get some info on bear hunting in Arkansas. How much are non-resident tags? How does the tag system work? Lottery? Is there a decent population around there? I live in IL and I love whitetail hunting, but I'm trying to find somewhere halfway close where I can expand my "horizons" a little and go for some different big game.
