How does one locate deer in Oregon during the rifle season AFTER shooting hours? I have found plenty of bucks and does before shooting hours when driving up to the area...around 3 or 4 am...but not allowed to shoot then...after waiting all day in one area and walking the roads and trails...i have become pretty frustrated...almost makes ya want to bend the rules a little...but i know better. Can anyone help?
where are u hunting in oregon,i`m from portland and i just got back from a week hunting in th the mckenzie unit ,i got one nice deer and i`m goin back for elk on the 16th.
