Default Pack Goats

I know this might sound stupid but I have a family freind that will let me hunt his land and its ALOT of land for around here in West Virginia. And ill be hiking about 2-3 miles pack into the property. This is a bear hunt maybe bear/doe combo don't know but I was thinking of buying some packgoats anyone have experance with these and can give advice?

I have never used them but I remember reading an article about them some time back. The author had nothing but praises for them. Said they could pack much more per pound of body weight than a horse could. Also said that you didn't need to bring much food at all for them since they are such hardy animals and will eat and find food on their own.

I think I read that same article bigbulls, it was in the American Hunter wasn't it? But bb said it all.

I looked and couldnt find any info on these, but goats are easy to care for, cheap, provide excellent milk and make good pets(good eating to). So if there is a way to pack them it sounds like a heck of a good deal to me.
