Holy crap!!!!!!
I went driving around the same area where I got the pic or the bulls for my signature and WOW! There were two bulls out there laying around in the tall green grass. Both are going to be very large elk but one of the two was incredably huge. His G-1's and G-2's are already out to the tip of his nose and curl up a couple of inches. His G-3's are about ten inches long and shoot out to the sides. He is also forking again for his dagger piont. He also has a nontypical drop point coming down from his base next to his right ear.
I didn't have a camera with me so I rushed to the corner store and bought a cheap single use camera and got a few pics of them. I am gonna go back tomorow and see if I can find them again and get some better pics.
I sure hope I can get some pics of him after he sheds his velvet.
I'll post the pics as soon as I get them developed.
