Nevada info on mule deer?

Need some help with final choice on mule deer units in Central Nevada from someone who has hunter there or familiar with the area.
I have a couple units in mind.

Is it that no body lives or has hunted there or just that nobody wants to help out.
If it is the latter, I thought that was the whole point of these forums.
