Except for the ----'s my edit screen looks EXACTLY like this:
You can't have any spare ['s or ]'s and you have to have a at the end. It ain't hard once you get onto it, but an inch is as good as a mile.
I copy the photo address from the photoserver after I right click on the full size photo, a menu pops up, I drop down to Properties, click it and then go to the photo web address, highlight it, Control C to copy it and then go to the post/thread edit screen and hit Control V to drop it into the "edit box" and then I highlight the whole address in the "edit box" (again), point-click-drag-highlight, and then I go up and click the "image" button and it will put in the for you.
BTW, your efforts and attempts are appreciated all the way around AND NICE BULL ELK!

Thanks ELKampMaster! I'll play again tomorrow when I get on a better computer than the one I am currently on. I guess I took it literally when I read someone else say that the cut/paste link needed to go "between" the brackets.
Muskies,
I've been reading from everyone about who to do it on the other posts and gave it a try this morning beacause I wanted to know how to do it to.
It took a bit but I finally got it to work.
I clicked on the "image" icon on this message reply screen and then copied the url address form the photobucket screen under my selected photo. Then pasted it between the two image brackets in my post . It seems to work.
I'll try it here again.
Just make sure you drag the cursor all the way across to get all the URL address. There is more there than is in the display window.
I like that photobucket site. I always wondered how guys got such big pictures to post properly.
Well, let's try this again. I mentioned the story of how I took this bull on ELKampMasters thread, but this is what he looked like when I walked up to him.
Hey, it's these little things in life that keep us going...got it!!
Anyway, sorry to clutter the site up, although I want to try one more attempt here with a smaller version of the photo. The large ones seem to make all the text scroll off the right side...
