Big Five:
-- Any Great Bear: Polar, Brownie, Grizzly.

-- Moose
-- Elk
-- Caribou
Medium Five:
-- Black Bear
-- Big Horn Sheep
-- Mountain Goat
-- Antelope (Speed Goat)
-- Any Deer: Whitetail, Mulie, Blacktail, Whatever

My list would change quite a bit depending on if it were matching wits with the animal, environment I would be hunting in, pure excitement of a hunt, etc...etc...

Someone who is "deer addicted" might say:

-- Coues (sp) deer, etc. etc.
Someone who is focused on Dangerous Game might say,
Big Five:
-- Polar Bear
-- Brown Bear
-- Grizzly Bear

-- Cougar
No doubt someone in Africa must have thought that the animals making up the Big Five should have been different ---- there was probably room for opinion at one point....
