Muley, they already do shoot poachers in Africa. The African Game Wardens carry automatic weapons and go on patrol looking for poachers and when they find they, there is often a fire fight and the poachers are not necessarily the ones who shoot first.

Yep! The problem is that poaching is rampant over there and the only way it's stopped is killing every poacher they come across and there are plenty!
