We have a big wolf problem in Michigan's UP. the Feds have no clue what the citizens have to deal with.
We did have one wolf hunt in the state, which the state promptly turned into a cash cow selling 100 @ $100 each tags but were going to shut the hunt down after 50 wolves were killed. Weather was extreme cold so only like 20 wolves were tagged. I bet a lot of the 100 tags sold were bought by tree huggers.
Then a federal judge who probably has no Idea what a wolf eats stopped all hunting for wolves in the great lake states.
