just got back from the annual moose hunt and thought I would post a quick update!! We ended up with a cow moose and a 225 lbs black bear! Overall a great trip fishing was spectacular walleye were biting like crazy hunting was tough bulls seemed to be out of the rut wouldn' t respond to calls at all started hunting feeding areas and that when we got the cow not huge maybe 850lbs but should be good eating I got the pics back they turned out well I will post them as soon as I scan them probably tommorow and I will post detials of the hunts right now I am tired and going to bed!

Hunting was really good for us, seen more moose than you can imagine.
Filled both our bull tags by monday, 56" bull for me and a 51" for my partner.
Bulls were rutting in our area west of Dryden, my bull had 4 cows with him when I harvested him but they were not interested in coming to the calls with that many cows around.
