This is a short video I made the other day while we were butchering a couple mulies taken in north west Colorado. Just as important to the hunt is preparing the meat that feeds our families. Processing start to finish at home has been a great way to feel a connection to what we hunt and what we eat.

Welcome to the forum Matt, I agree butchering up game is all part of the joy of hunting for me. There is not much better meat that you can feed your family then wild game. Good video.
