Wyoming elk unit 125
Burned my points in unit 7 in 2012 (great hunt) and now have only two points for elk. Harvest percentage in 125 is very high for branch-antlered bulls and it's easy to draw. I've been near Elk Mountain for antelope but haven't hunted there. The map is a complete checkerboard of public/private and I know in Wyoming crossing one public corner to another public corner is considered trespassing (stupid law, IMHO). I'm guessing it would take a lot more than one or two points to draw this hunt if access were anything less than a nightmare. Any of you hunted 125 before? We can take the long way around on horses if that helps.

The G&F Wardens won't issue a trespassing ticket for corner crossing after they lost a court case on it a few years ago. It's a deal where there is actually no law against it, so it's a grey area and it will vary from county to county on how the Sheriff and Prosecutor will or won't try to enforce it. I'd contact them in the county that 125 is located and see what they say, as I know the County Prosecutor in the county where I hunt in will not prosecute corner jumping, as it is called.
