my father in law went pronghorn 2 years before going on the elk hunt with the same outfitter. he said its an awesome hunt and fairly easy. have to practice though like anything else. some of these shots are long. i may do pronghorn waiting for my elk hunt to come along

Folks, thanks for the feedback! I think I'm going to take up Alsatian's advise and start looking into a pronghorn hunt. That's definitely more of the speed I'd be looking for on this particular trip.
