Going to Colorado this fall on opening week of Bow Season. Never been to Colorado or elk hunting so this will be a learning experience. A friend that has been several times Recommended unit 6. Is this a good unit? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Any unit is good if you scout it enough. If your friend hunted that unit before get his coordinates and start there. Use google earth to your advantage it will give you an idea what kind of area you are going to hunt.
