Hi. I shot this antelope a couple of hours into opening day on Sunday here in Idaho. I drew for a controlled hunt tag for doe/fawn. There were 5 antelope (4 does & 1 seven-to-eight inch buck) in this group in the middle of a farmers field. I had to crawl on my belly for about 400 yards in a ditch splitting the fields. The final shot was about 100 yards. I was facing the sun and they were all staring at me. I couldn' t move for a while because the all were looking. I finally made it to the edge of the weeds, clear enough to shoot through and she went down on the first shot.
Good luck to everybody the rest of the season(s).
