Default Wyoming Antelope Units 110 and 82

Four of us are planning an antelope hunt for next year and are looking at what units would be best for us. Could anyone share any information about units 110 and 82? What is the public access like, terrain, number of speedgoats, etc. This will be our first antelope hunt so tropy quality isn't necessarily the top priority. We would just like the opportunity for all 4 of us to take a decent/representative animal. One of the guys going will be taking his 14 year old son so we would especially like to see him harvest an antelope. All of us will have 2 preference points except for the 14 year old whom I believe has 1 PP. Any information or opinions is appreciated.

should be a good area, check the draw odds etc...

the way wyoming works is they average your parties pref pts, so if you all have 2 and 1 guy has 1 pt, your group average will be just less than 2pts, wyoming goes by, 1 pt, <2, 2pts, <3pts, 3pts etc...

so say your average is 1.75pts, you'll draw ahead of those with 1 pt, but groups with 2 pts will draw ahead of you.

check the odds study them, it may be worth it to have your son apply for a special tag with 1 pt, and the rest of you would average with 2 pts... for a regular tag.

check/study the odds.

I agree with salukipv1, study the odds. Also you might do better drawing in an area that has more tags and since your just wanting an antelope, look at an area that isn't considered a trophy area. If your son only has one point, you might look at an additional doe/fawn tag in the event he doesn't draw. The G&F orders give percent of public land in areas, keep that in mind. 110 does have some private access as well as a ranch or two that allows antelope hunting.
