Eastman's vs. Hunting Fool

If you were only going to subscribe to one, which one would it be?

Eastmans'

Cheaper, same info essentially, although I would probably give the overall edge to huntin fool.

Not even sure what eastmans' is costing these days, plus if you double up on bowhunting journal and hunting journal, although all you need is 1 to get all the MRS' although you'd have to go online to get the others if you don't get both eastmans'

both are great though,

you plan to apply/hunt out west? if not just save the $$ and get eastmans'

If you can afford get both.

you can preview a huntin fool issue online btw...take a look...

believe you get a free dvd with eastmans' every year...

can't go wrong with either, and both are worth it, IMO.

Thanks for the input. Been camping and this is the first time I checked back to the site. A friend and I bought points in Wyoming this year, and it will be a few before we use them. Maybe will do an antelope hunt in a less in demand unit next year (or maybe doe) just to check things out out there. I guess maybe short term will do Eastman's, add Hunting Fool when we get closer to cashing in our points.

If you subscribe, get both. The Eastmans MRS is killer for building points and finding areas most people consider "second or third choice" holding monsters. You get the same from Huntin fool in a little better quality and a system that allows other members to record where they have hunted, tags drawn, seasons, weapons ect. and you can obtain their information, contact them over the phone and get good advice on hunting specific areas.
