Default Wyoming Antelope units

Does anyone have an opinion about Wyoming Antelope Units? We're planning a hunt for 2012 and everyone (4) will have at least one preference point by then. One guy is planning to take his 13 year old son along, so we're looking for a unit with good public access with a good population of antelope so he will have a good opportunity to harvest one. Trophy size is not the primary concern. What do you think about units 23, 30, 32 or 69? These are the ones that seemed to fit our needs.

23 and 30 are mostly private property and are out of the equation unless you want to pay a rancher an access fee. They would also be a waste of your PP because there are still leftover tags for sale in both those units. 32 and 69 are mostly public land and would suit your criteria for easy access and everyone who had a fraction of a PP in this year's draw got a tag in both those units. 32 is a decent size unit, whereas 69 goes a long ways E/W but it's not many miles going N/S. I haven't hunted those units, but from what I saw a year ago I would put in for unit 27 as my first choice, as it has plenty of public land and I saw some good bucks there. Then I would put 32 and 69 as the second and third choices on the application. Put in as a party and you should all get unit 27 and lose you point or if something happens with the draw odds next year you would probably still get the second or third choice and keep your PP.

Just got back from unit 23 we killed 4 in five days using archery equipment but yes it was privately owned like topgun had mentioned but the trespass fee was $150 for the whole time you were there.

we did not get any that were huge it was our first time going we didn't know how to hunt them or even how to score but we did get some P&Y bucks and now that i know how to score them we defiantly seen some that would go around 80. We saw probably 150-200 antelope a day sitting on a water hole surrounded by alfalfa and oats.
