DIY mulies

I am looking to do a DYI out west for mulies. Done it before several times in Wy. This year I am looking for an area that is over the counter and they don't need to be 180 class monsters. Was thinking Western Neb. but any other ideas???

Why not another WY mulie hunt?

How about MT mulies? not OTC I don't think but easy to draw a tag, never saw so many deer in my life! get a buck tag and about 6 doe tags if you could...

I think CO, WY, MT would be my short list...

An option for an OTC hunt, if there are still tags, would be ID. Might look on their F&G website for that.
