Looks like I drew private land first choice....cow..Sep1/jan 31.
This place is a meat hunt....plenty of time for the freezer.
Still don't know on deer.

I drew either sex for first rifle. My first time going after the mighty wapiti, hopefully I can at least get a cow to fill the freezer.

I drew 1st season rifle elk and 2nd season rifle mule deer..............now secure a over the counter with caps bear tag and I will be set!

I will be in Australia during most of the Colorado archery season (Sept 2-18), so I applied for a rifle bull tag. I was successful. I applied for an archery deer tag since I'll be able to hunt after work for the last week of the archery season. I'm waiting to hear from Wyoming on goat tags. If I'm successful there, I will start hunting speed goats August 20th until I leave for OZ.
