Looking for a place to hunt in CO accessable by wheelchair

Hello Everyone, I'm looking for a spot in the South East plains region of CO or somewhere I might get both antelope and elk in the same area. I am also in a wheelchair and am unable to hike and venture off road much. A place with decent 2 tracks would work great for my chair. I have not yet applied for my permits but I want to apply for antelope and buy OTC elk tag. Anyhow I'm not restricted to any certain area and I understand most property there is leased or private. If you know anyone I could contact for permission in that area I would appreciate it. I don't have much but I could even pay a small fee and/or share some steaks.

I would contact the DOW. They have handicap areas.

Do you have help with dressing the animal and getting the meat out?

Yes I have my 14yr old son that will be going to assist me antelope hunting. Then he may hunt elk along side me. He can dress a deer ok and not to bad at tracking.
