I called a buddy of mine who is with a QU chapter and he said it is legit. I'm going to call QU on Monday just to be sure. What a great deal. Our state has a lottery draw for 10 bucks but the odds are about 1 in 48 to 60 thousand. This is much better odds at 1 in 200. OT
