I don't believe there is one best broadhead. It depends on what you are hunting. fixed blade or mechanical, both have pros and cons. I have used nap switch blades the past few years, very strong broad head that leaves one heck of an entry hole compared to some. now I can't find them, thinking I'll go to swackers this year. muzzy also makes a very strong and dependable broadhead. there will be as many differnt opionions as there are answers.

I was shooting the G5 Tekan II and took them out to Arizona where we were making shots out around a hundred yards. I found that the claim by Tekan that they fly like field tips is just not true. They are pretty good till about fifty yards and then they dropp off a lot. I missed two deer at 90 yards because of this. My bad for not shooting them out past 50 yards. I mistakenly only shot out to 50 yards. I am now going to try the Trophy Ridge Meat Seekers. I shoot a Mattews Z7 70lbs. Arizona will either make or break you with a bow. Good times. Some of the guys we were with were from a company called Alone and Unafraid and they raise money for wounded warriors. They take these guys hunting and to the PlayBoy Mansion and donate money to the different funds. Cool bunch of dudes you can look at their stuff on aloneandunafraid.com

This is unbelievable... There are people out there who think they should be shooting at big game animals at these distances with a bow.
I don't care what kind of broadhead or mechanical head you put on your arrows, it's not ethical to be shooting well beyond 50 (e.g. 90, 100??) you say you do.
