Default Any Booners out there?

Man this place is boring lately...

So let's spice it up...

Have you ever taken a B&C animal?

If so what animal and how big was it?

Doesn't have to be officially listed in the book to qualify for this post...

Or perhaps you've taken a big boy that was close to B&C?

The one you see here on my avatar, killed it in Bonners Ferry Idaho, it scores 200 2/8.

You mean gross booner? Net booner? Oh, who am I kidding, that would be a big fat no for me.

Add a short story to it! Bonners Ferry is close to me, and that is a giant Fritz. The 200 mark is a big deal. You rattle it in? Stalk it? Bow whack it? Shoot it out of the truck?

Caught him freshning up a scrape, in the middle of a snow storm. I knew there were some big bucks in the area but had no idea there was a buck like that. Just happen to be at the right spot at the right time, was not a whole lot of skill involved, but a whole lot of luck. It was actually between Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry, on the Pack River.

One B&C mule deer, and one that was close but fell short. Big mule deer was measured by a B&C scorer, but I did not enter it. I am not into trophies and didn't even get the deer mounted (the racks are out in rafters of the garage)

Not me. I have a 180" gross mule deer and a 310" gross elk, but neither are really even in the ballpark. Both were big enough to go on the wall for me though!

Not even close. One very large mule deer but one side was morphed and small the other side was Boone material.
