Default Help needed re; Wyoming Mulie hunt

Is there anyone that can tell me if it is possible to purchase a non-resident WY mule deer license over the counter?
I have always been under the inpression that everything was under a draw system, but I was just told that this is not the case.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

I have never purchased a Wyoming non-resident deer tag? I used to live in Wyoming and all non-residents tags were issued in the drawing. You can buy left over tags after the draw on the internet. I do not know what the odds are of finding a left over non-resident mule deer tag? I do know Wyoming always has left over whitetail doe tags.

NonRes should put in for the draw. You can buy them over the counter after the draw if there are any left over. If not then you don't get a license. Most of them sell out in the draw fro most regions. I would put in for the drawings.

You can certainly buy tags after the drawing, but there are unlimited quota areas that are essentially guaranteed draw licenses as well.
