Default CO tag? - What is "10 BTP" and "10 SHC"

On my Colorado DOW deer and elk tags there is a space for 10/11 HIP, which I know to be "Harverst Information Program" number, and I have that from my small game license. But what is "10 BTP" and "10 SHC" and what should be filled in there?

Has to do with small game. If your not hunting small game you don't need the HIP or need to worry about those.

Yea, I have the HIP from my small game license. I hunt squirrels and rabbits. Can you tell me what the other things stand for or mean? Thanks.
