went cow elk huntin no cow but found this





went a nother 100yards and guees what is in the rode

How is that a moose? Looks like a moose body but not the antlers. Must be a hybrid.

what do u mean fake,i found a yearly moose antler with wet blood on the bass and went another 100yards and here is a moose with one side missing and the other side looks a lot like it.. look at the pic.

Well this is a moose.

This is an elk.


Notice the things on the heads(antlers) are different.

The animal is either an elk and moose mix or photo shop.

no, you are from Washington State.i don't know if you just found that or tok the pic.
but I'm from Utah and as you may have herd they do not get very big in Utah.
so that is a yearly moose

Come on guys. It is obvious to me this is a very cool coincidence this guy happened onto an early shed antler from a yearling bull moose at about the same time he dropped it. That antler and the one that is still on the moose in the picture are almost identical matches. That being said... nearly all moose are two points their first year. In BC there are hunts specifically for the two points. I hate to sound uppity here, but when you criticize someone about their identification of wildlife, maybe you should do some research. My dad told me years ago... better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
