Hunting around Canon City Co.
I hunted for years around Norwood Co. back in the 90's, now a buddy and I would like to return to Co. and we are thinking about the Canon City area. Have any of you every hunted there and have any suggestions for deer and elk?

How did you do? We hunted 58/581 area and only saw a couple of small herds. No size to any bulls.

Hillside area or Howard area for elk, Texas Creek for deer. Good luck. it's great country.
