Heading that way in a few weeks, are bicycles allowed? or are they considered ATV's Anyone know.

I assume you're talking about National Forest. All the signs I see say "motorized vehicles" which, I would assume a bike is not. Get a list of travel restrictions from the USFS and they'll tell you.
