question bout colorado elk hunting

in colorado is unit 19 a otc or draw unit for the second and third season rifle hunt. also can i get otc tags online so i know for sure that i will get the unit i want

My 2009 Colorado Big Game publication says no OTC license for 2nd or 3rd rifle season in area 19.

There is 25 bull tags left over for the 10/10-10/14 season and 386 for the 10/17-10/25. No leftover later season or Cow tags available, Also no deer tags. Here is the leftover list the are list by hunt code. You are looking for EM019O2R or O1R They will go one sale via the internet the 12th of August.
