Default land in Canada

Do any of you own land in Canada? I am looking at 80 acres in Ontario. Thew prices are a cheap compaired to land in the states. A nonresident is allowed to hunt BB with out a guide and you can apply for Moose tags. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about this? Thanks Deercreekhunter

it sounds ok, but 80 acres is VERY small once you start hunting it.

I think that there is a 50 acre limit for non residents. I know in some places you can pick up ground at around $100 an acre.

I suspect that he was talking about building a cabin on his land and hunting on public land.
