My yearly 2100 mile road trip to Colorado to DIY hunt the mighty elk. I can't imagine anything better. Great friends, beautiful country and one with nature.

I have 2. One is a grand slam turkey hunt. The other is hunting elk. I would jump at the chance to do either one. Hopefully I will be able to fullfill both. That is if the good Lord allows me too...

but would love to take a cape buffalo with a .458 lott

big archery bull elk, anywhere would work, though NV is probably my dream elk hunt/state.
