Default What Did you Build Points in?

I opted for points only this year.

UTAH
RM Bighorn Sheep
Mountain Goat
Moose
Elk
Mule Deer

COLORADO
Mule Deer

ARIZONA
Elk
Mule Deer
Desert Sheep

WYOMING
Elk
Mule Deer

GEORGIA
Alligator

I have a KY license for turkey and deer and entered the KY Elk lottery as well this year. I plan to stay on this track for the next 6 years until I am out of school for good, then I will enter the actual draws with a few points under my belt by then.

Would like to do more such as NV across the board, and maybe a LE ID or MT tag, but money don't grow on any trees I have seen around here.

I never put in just for points. Between landowner vouchers and previous accumualted points I should draw buck deer and buck antelope. Elk is a different story as I have no interest in waiting fifteen years to draw a licesne. I oput in for bulls but take the leftover cows most years.

elk, mule deer, and buck antelope, and moose, all here in CO. I can get an over the counter elk tag for archery and antelope, and I will for sure hunt elk, andif I get a doe antelope (2nd choice) tag, then I'll go shoot one of them.

I will have to wait until next year to apply in Montana for Moose as a resident. The only tag a care to draw in the lower 48-states is a moose tag. My wife killed a bullmoosea few years back & that was some of the best eating I have ever had.

Have you Big Horn Sheep hunters looked at buying Montana's 100% draw oddssheep tag? You get a tag in the mail, season starts September-15th andends when the quota is full. This is a sheep tag you can draw every year until you kill aram, then you have to wait seven years to apply again.

I drew the general tag so far, will be putting in for a limited/special archery tag...

From what I know those tags are 100% or darn near it...
If I don't draw a limited archery tag I'll probably put in for a refund.
I know the limited draw has yet to happen...

How about yourself? have some info/advice for me? Also putting in for a limited tag?

Saluki...I'll (hopefully) have my hands full in Nevada,Idaho and Alaska this year...no Montana for me. Was just curious because I have a friend who runs an outfit in Montana in what I would consider one of the best Elk unitsin the state.

I'm in for Deer, Elk, Antelope, Bighorns (all of them) and Goats in Nevada.

I'll try the Super Tag in Idaho and also apply for Deer and Elk controlled hunts.

Supposed to be in Alaska in the fall for a Moose hunt...this will be largely dependant upon how things turn out in the lower 48.
