Default need info on hunting Canada

Could someone help me lay out my hunt into Quebec this Fall? I will be hunting Moose and need to know everything that is vital in advance. My questions deal with paperwork. I know I will need a passport and am getting that done now. I have been reading about Customs and Border Patrol, APHIS, USDA, US Fish and Game, different airlines and so on.
I do not have an airline chosen yet. I am traveling from Missouri.
Specifically, what forms do I need and when do I need them. If this is in FAQ, please direct me.
Thanks.

72fleet...go to my website, under the "hunter resources" page there is a link to an article that was in Eastmans Hunting Journal...should tell you a lot of what you need to know going to/from Canada.

Where in QC are you going? The reason I ask is IMO, you should drive if possible. It makes it a bit easier. You never end up back at home going "Where is my _______ (fill in the blank)?". A possibility would be to drive to Ontario or somewhere and fly from there. That way you are crossing the border with your stuff, and hopefully your trophy(ies).

You want to hunt Quebec?Get ready for the hunt of a lifetime! All the info you need can come from provincial and federal websites-from passport to firearms regs.Don't forget any taxes you pay are refundable when your trip is over. Here are some websites that should help:
tourismquebec.ca
cra.gc.ca (canada customs and revenue links)
rcmp.ca(firearms regs.)
