Bear hunting in the PRC

I'm located in the central vally of the People's Republik of Kalifornia and I'd like to go up to Shasta or Trinity County next fall and hunt bear. However, I don't have a hunting partner and I'd really like to hook up with somebody who knows something about bear hunting, I've never done it. If there's any interest I'm all ears.
