Default Hunting San Juan NF in CO, Deer/Elk
Considering adding CO to draw states for deer/elk. Also have wanted to get to know the Durango area a bit, four corners, etc. Anyone spend any time, or know anything about the hunting in the San Juan NF in South West CO? Thanks for any insights. Maritime.

Meritime, I have hunted between Durango and Pagosa Springs as well as North of Pagosa.
Very beautiful country and good Elk and Muley population, not to mention several hundred
acres of national forest to hunt (San Juan forest). Also hunted for Meriams wild turkey.
