South Dakota Tag Question

I have an opportunity to hunt in northwest South Dakota on a friend's family farm near Lodge Pole(hopefully next season) and am wondering if tags for deer/antelope/turkeys are available over the counter for non-residentsor is it bydrawing only?I can't seem to make sense of the SDGFP website.Thanks.

Last time I was up there it was draw only.

Mountain Man.....I spent a couple years in Great Falls, but have been in Missoula afew times. I love that country out there! Wouldn't mind moving back out that way one of these years....it sure beats the heck out of the east coast!
