the going rate is aropund $10-20 per set depending on color. I raise a few and have a few sets.

So to confirm, the Ivories are the K9 Teeth of the elk? How do you get them out? Going elk hunting and hoping to get my first set.

Use your knife to cut down each side of the ivory through the gums, some use pliers and twist them out but that will usually leave marks on the tooth. Do enough with a knife cutting down along the gums, and twist with your fingers, and you'll get them out eventually.
