I just came back from a successful hunt with Winterhawk Outfitters. They are in the same price range as Sable Outfitters listed above, and operate in The Flat Tops Wilderness also. There are alot of outfitters to choose from, aska million questions, ask for references and use them.
I can tell you my hunt would have been an awesome experience with or without taking a bull.

Ditto on Winterhawk Outfitters. I've hunted there 2x's-archery season. Unsuccessful, but enjoyed both times very much. Plan to go back in couple yrs. Its not a easy hunt, the area can be tough when have to climb those hills after them bulging bulls. But thats mountian hunting. They are a first rate outfit, Larry Amos & his staff will treat you well. The base camp is well setup, and comfortable. I plan on going back again someday.
If you contact them larry will send you all the info, and he has a dvd about Winterhawk, that includes some televised hunts with them. Well known hunters like Jay Gregory- Wild Outdoors, Babe Winkleman, Lee Lakosky- Gettin Close, Outfitters Journal have all hunted there, and done shows with them. www.winterhawk.com
