Default Really cool pics of sheep horns

***These are not my pics***

Off of another site,and this is what the finder of this said;

I was up scouting for critters and this is what I found.
Lord only knows the story behind this one.
What a Ram!! Must be over 50 years old.
I sent these pics to National Geographic. I am going to try to get them to carbon date this Ram.

I would guess they were placed in that tree by human.

Most likely so, yes. But the tree still grew around them which is what I thought was cool. I know you cannot take sheep horns out of the woods so I figure they just put them in a tree, which then grew up around them.

Neat pics. Had a buddy a few years back find the remains of an old krag rifle with a tree grown around it. Looked like someone had stuck in the crook of the tree and never could find it again, looked like it had been there for over 50 years.
