Default Scouting in the Idaho Crags, Selway River Country, lots of pics.

We did an overnight trip into the Craigs via Fog mountain in Idaho's Selway Bitteroot Wilderness. Saw one whitetail buck and some Mule deer and Elk sign. Anyone ever hunt this area? I hadn't been up there since I was a kid, so just wanted to do some scouting. Neat big country, lots of pics on my blog, link below.

No wolfs this trip. Saw some old scat, but nothing too fresh or any tracks, had a wolf come into our camp at Goat lake 2 weeks ago however, didn't get any pics of the wolf, too busy making sure it didn't attack my Lab. Pics of the goat lake trip are on my blog also.

I wish I knew about the hunting in this area. But I do not. I have done a few fishingt trips on the Bitteroot river on the Montana side. Man that is some incredible country. Good luck, man I hope you kill a big one. Tom.
