New Mexico Elk

I am very pumped up! I drew an elk tag for early September in New Mexico! The problem is, none of my buddies did. So I am reaching out across the internet ( you know, the one that Al Gore invented) and I am looking for a hunting partner. I am going to the Sante Fe mountains in zone 6A. I have been there before and I'm not that excited about going back without a partner. The place is HUGE. And besides, packing out an elk alone could kill a guy. So, if you have the same tag and need someone to pair up with, call for each other, share camp, and help each other not get lost then I'm the guy!

Alright..glad you drew on adarn goodunit.I didnt draw this yr. for elk.but I taken some elk in 6A a few years back with the bow. If you some info I be glad to set you off in a good direction..

I could use some info. I pulled a permit for unit 52 early season bow. I am from Michigan and have never hunter elk before. So I am looking for all the info I can get. Thanks
