Default Friends Wife And Her moose

Kurt is on another forum with me...

Posted: Tue 12 11, 2007 1:47 pm Post subject: Idaho Moose

[hr]

Well my wife connected on her Once In A Lifetime Idaho bull moose permit.

She shot this big Shiras moose in early October with her Ruger 7-08.

We are thrilled that we got the hunt on film too. It was awesome.

Kurt

That is a HUGE Shira's moose! I lived in Montana for 8 years and ran into Shira's moose all the time out hunting but never saw any bulls like that one.

What did it green score?

Congratulations and your wife should be very proud of her moose. How long did it take for her to get drawn for the tag? When I lived in Montana the hardest thing about getting your moose was getting the tag...takes years for most of us then you always hear of someone getting drawn on their first try. Congrats again...
