Big game hunt this Nov.?

My dad, brother, and I may be interested in going on a big game hunt this fall. My dad probably cant go until sometime in Nov. We are just wondering what options are still available. We are open to any state / animal that we can still get tags for and hopefully see some decent animals. Any suggestions?
